This is the headgear attachment for the ComfortGel Blue and original CPAP full face mask. It is not compatible to the nasal mask. It features a layered design and uses a comfortable Lycra material. The outer layer is composed with a foam core that provides a soft, cushioning surface. The design uses wide straps that distributes pressure over a wide area of your face. Replacement Headgear This headgear is intended as a replacement. Headgear should be replaced every few months, so you'll need to get new headgear a few times over the life of your mask. (Respironics has changed the previous blue/black headgear to solid black.) Soft Headgear The replacement headgear is made of a foam substance that won't give you any facial abrasions or blemishes. The wide straps cover plenty of surface area, so you won't feel undue pressure on any particular part of your face or head.
