PVA Pressure Variation Algorithm

Pressure Variation Algorithm is designed to relieve pressure at the start of exhalation, and return to the prescribed pressure at the beginning of inhalation. There are 3 different levels (C1, C2, C3) of pressure relief you can choose from to best suit your needs. The PVA technology is available on both CPAP and APAP modes.

Easy Compliance Software

APEX has developed a intuitive and simple comprehensive reporting software that provides actionable data. You and your doctor can utilize this actionable data to improve the effectiveness of your therapy and therapy compliance. Patient compliance and data can easily be retrieved through a standard SD card: simply connect the SD card to your PC to access your therapy data and compliance.

Travel Companion

The XT Prime is specifically designed to be portable when as a machine but still fairly lightweight if you decide to take it traveling with the humidifier. It has a host of features that set it apart from other portable CPAP devices, including a built-in power supply, easy-to-use interface and isÊ compact in terms of size. The power supply brick is built-in so you don't have to carry an external power supply brick when you travel. Heated Humidifier

The XT Prime works in-conjunction with a heated humidifier to deliver comfort and relief. CPAP therapy often causes dry throat and nasal irritation, and the heated humidifier actively works to reduce these irritations to increase comfort. Default Settings

Reviewers Tip: The XT Prime includes a reusable filter that actively cleans the air and blocks foreign materials in your air flow. Regular maintenance of your filter is a must however, and it is generally recommended you clean your filter every two weeks. However it is important to know that your environment plays a large factor on when to clean your filter. If your environment contains large amounts of foreign particles it is recommend you clean your filter more often. Don't forget, although this filter is reusable it is strongly recommended you replace your filter every 6 months. Note:Ê Low Pressure Auto Off setting is enabled and the device will be automatically turned off while detecting a large leak for 3 minutes. Please note: 2-year warranty is voided by water damage/misuse of the machine.

Does the XT Prime come with a pressure alarm function? Yes, the XT Prime will inform you of low pressure if there is a large leak in your CPAP mask. You can select from two different options depending on your preferences. You can choose to have a Low P on your display or have an audible alarm that will beep when the Low P is displayed on the interface. Is there a warranty for the XT Prime? APEX has included a 2 year manufacture warranty for the XT Prime. If you have any issues within the first two years due to a manufacture issue you will be covered by APEX Medical.
