This RS-232 serial cable connects your Devilbiss IntelliPAP CPAP or AutoAdjust to your compture for firmware upgrade. The round end goes to back of your CPAP machine, and the flat serial cable goes to your computer. This product is not compatible to Devilbiss's new IntelliPAP 2 machines.
