It is a replacement when lost, misplaced or worn out. The seal is made of silicone and is dishwasher safe.
Usage: The Water Chamber Seal should be replaced regularly if it appears damaged or worn or will not seal properly
Cleaning: The Seal is dishwasher safe and can be washed weekly on the top shelf of a dishwasher.
