The four parts include the headgear, the frame, the cushion, and the elbow. Dual-Wall Cushion ResMed's cushion comes with two walls for optimal performance. The outer wall attaches to the mask's membrane, while the inner fabric conforms to your face for a comfortable and secure fit. The cushion is also softer at the bridge of the nose, a feature designed to reduce soreness.
